RiuTan is a project aimed atreusingempty 15- and 25-liter canisters fromRampiproducts. Through a simple and effective process, the canisters arecollected, inspected, reconditioned, and reintroducedinto the market, drastically reducing plastic waste.

  • Collection: Laundries can return empty canisters following Rampi’s provided guidelines.
  • Conditioning: Canisters must be thoroughly rinsed, retain their original labels, and be packed in special large bags (10 canisters of 15 liters or 12 of 25 liters).
  • Documentation: Each bag must include theReusable Canister Collection Document (DRTR), which is required to prove proper packaging management.
  • Inspection and reconditioning: Each canister is checked for integrity and then reconditioned internally and externally.
  • Reuse: The recovered canisters are refilled and reintroduced into the market, ensuring asustainable circular process.
